Hi My wife is cheating and i have video of wife and his boy friend checking in to hotel and checking out..my query is that if I don't have the checkin copy of hotel will i be able to file for divorce ? Since my wife maternal side and also boyfriend is influential they can get the hotel registry removed when they come to know and then they can fabricate story about being in hotel only for food or other things . How can I get divorce in this case ? Also worried if the hotel registry is removed then the boyfriend will file defamation suit..Can you please help with your views ?

you have the video that is more than enough to proceed if the video showd that your wife and his boyfrienf is checking into some room and not in the dinning are also if u can get any chat messages of your wife then fhat will be more strong evidence to provd her adultery
