Hi, My wife filed for a divorce and the decree was granted ex-partee in Dec'22. Can I appeal the decree now ? It has been almost 5 months since the family court granted the decree.

yes you can file for condone delay petition with the appeal if the court finds right reason for your delay may condone it sending it back to the lower court to decide the case on merits. So not delay it further.
