Hi, My wife filed a case in 498a 504 506 323 4/6 DV act at 2 location where one as application ahead of City Megisrrate and one as FIR. Now chargesheet has been filed and all the 7 family members and in-laws names are there. She appealed against ex partee dicree order in the favour of Husband. I filed a secton 9 and take it back on the words of wife earlier. And wife filed cases after 4 years of mrg. What should I do. She is gov emp while I'm private emp and living separately from last 5years.
