Hi, my son got recently divorced from a very difficult marriage. He went in for Ex Parte to protect himself as his wife's family moved court to their own city and were threatening to beat him up. After four long years of separation and two years after divorce filed by his wife, finally the court disposed the case due to Ex Parte. Now the problem is he has a son who is 11 years old who is with the wife's parents. Is it possible my son can have visiting rights to see his child whom he loves so much and had taken care of him with so much love? The wife did not allow my son to see his own child for last four years though my son and I have tried all ways to see him. Please advise how we can proceed.

yes you have right to meet with your son, you can file case in the court for visiting right. the court will look after your legal right for the son. I am definitely sure that you have fully right to meet your son in the eyes of law, it is also ordered in the case that you can meet your son's son on a special time special day.

yes, a father has all the rights to meet up his child. you can file child custody or visitation rights case in order to get this remedy.
