Hi my divorce was running in court,now the case was in reconciliation they called to me attend on June 5th,but I didn't attend.now I want go and attend this can I go now is it possible?

Dear Sir/Madam, Reconciliation can be happened on the request of either of the party to the proceedings if you are unable to attend the earlier settlement talks then you may request the Court again to refer the matter either to the mediation centre or to the Lok Adalath. You are advise to go to mediation centre only if you are going for compromise otherwise it will be a waste exercise.
