Hi my divorce case was running in court now the case was in lokh adalath they called me to attend that but I didn't attend on June 5th and now I want go attend that is it possible can I now?

Dear Sir, Sometimes next date will be given in the same Lok Adalath and file will be kept in the Lok Adalath otherwise it may be return to the Regular Court. If you are intending to compromise the case then only you can attend Lok Adalath. You can again request the Court to refer the file to the Lok Adalath
