Hi I'm a married from last 2 yrs. I have 6 months old kid.. things are not good between me and my husband even my in laws mentally torchar me.. I want my child to live with me.. can thy take my child if I get seprate
No they cannot. Mother is the natural guardian of the child until he is of good enough age to understand things. There after also the custody is given to that person only which is in the interest of the child. Kindly contact me for further guidance.
