Well, on successfully proving Adultery of her Husband, Wife can seek Divorce from her Husband and can evade from taking the responsibility of their legitimate or illegitimate children. By the way, your last question I did not understand : What do you mean Repartition money which you want your Husband to pay?

Dear Queriest if you are indulged in adultery and if it proved then you have no way out and had to pay here alimony/maintenance as she demands with the order of the court, also if she refuses take custody of the kids then it will be your duty to take custody of the kids. for more information about the same kindly call me

Hello Sir. Yes I was asking if the husband will have to pay money or percentage of salary if he's proved guilty of adultery and ready to keep the kids with him.

The court may grant alimony or maintenance to the wife in case of divorce on the ground of adultery if it finds that she is unable to maintain herself or suffers any hardship due to the divorce. The court may consider various factors such as the income and assets of both parties, the duration of the marriage, the age and health of both parties, the standard of living enjoyed by them during the marriage, etc.
However, the court may refuse to do so if it finds that the wife is also guilty of adultery or any other matrimonial offence such as cruelty, desertion, fraud, etc, also, if it finds that she has sufficient income or property to support herself or if she remarries after the divorce.
Therefore, before claiming or paying alimony or maintenance in case of divorce on the ground of adultery, one should consult a lawyer who can advise on the best course of action based on their specific circumstances.
