Hi , I am male and married for past 5.5 years and have a child of 4.5 years . we have fight and was equally form both the side.wife have filed domestic violence complaint and get medical done via police. Then she take back complaint . I assume it was done to pressurize us to take the child but we don't agree . she have left the house few days back. what should i do to avoid any future consequences

in this response you may launch a complaint against her for troubling and for making pressure to extort money. even launch the complaint by your parents individually for troubling them. another thing you may ask for divorce in full and final settlement.
