Help me out please from this situation
15-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am relation with a married man but not in live in relation. He also filed a divorce petition on court against his wife. But now his wife and her family and his family abusing me and also threatning me that they made a police compliant against me. What should I do?? Please help me..
the in laws of the man you are in relationship with can have nothing against you if you are just in a relationship with him. as such there should be ideally no reason to be worried if that's the only reason for them to file the complaint. however, detailed facts need to be discussed to be able to advise better.

Being in relationship with a married man can not be any issue for a woman in india as per the prevailing laws. Also if divorce has been filed between them then there could be no reason for any complaint against you.
