Help me legally with the below suggestion

FIR and DP act is filed on my husbands family in Karnataka , but they are not taking any actions. So, is it possible to transfer FIR from Karnataka to other states. what are steps need to take to transfer FIR or To transfer investigate from 1 state to other states. And where we can approach for this.
Dear Madam,
You have to go to High Court to get transfer your FIR from one state to another state but in rarest of rare cases such order will be passed. You may also file Writ Petition or criminal petition seeking direction to the investigation officer to take action against accused persons and to complete the investigation.
