I want to marry my father's sister's daughter legally in West Bengal? We are from a Bengali family WEST BENGAL. We both love each other and are nowhere close to the age of marrying, we are in a relationship. And we decided that we gonna adopt a baby.
you have not mentioned whether you are hindu or muslim.
and you also not mentioned whether your father's sister is biological sister or not.
if you are hindu and your father's sister is biological sister then your relationship with your father's sister's daughter is prohibited relationship

since you both are hindu by caste but girls age should be 18 plus and the boy age should be 21plus this is the legal age of marriage yes as you wish you can adopt a baby as per you according to your convenience

it is one thing to like or feel attracted to a girl but it is completely different to think of marrying someone who is your cousin sister. to my understanding this relationship is within sapinda relationship and therefore not only legally void but also morally incorrect.
