Help for divorce in case of dowry, abuse and cheating.

I got married in May,2016. It was an arrange marriage. From the very beginning he used to taunt me for my looks,he used to tell that he just married me because he needed a wife for tag. So people can stop talking about her character.he and her mother always used to tell that there was a queue of rich girls for him. In my marriage my family gave them all branded stuff.still they used to torture me for dowry. For one year (April 2017-may 2018) he went Bahrain.when he came back, I came to know that he was having an affair with a girl from jaipur.he told me he want divorce nd he wanted to live with her.he even beated me when i tried to stop him from talking to that girl.that girl also threatened me that i should leave his house.my family tried many times to sort out things.I belong to a middle class family nd my parents wasted 20 lakhs on my marriage.they threaten us that if we file FIR.There a retired SI in there relatives he threatens us that he has contacts.plz help me.

Hello mam, if they beat you, immidiatly go to the medical help and go to the nearby mahila thana against them and register your case for beating, cruelty and dowry, I m sure u will the help...For further help do contact...

There are various act and provisions under which you could file a case against him and his family. Even if he wants to get divorce he has pay you the alimony. Kindly tell me what kind of outcome are looking for and what remedy do you want?

hello sir according to your query you can file a petition in nearest police station without any apprehension and threaten you can go to the Rajasthan High Court 482 protection petition according to the criminal processor code 1973 please further query contact me immediately
