Hello Sir/ma'am,nMy parents are threating me that they will send me to Village and i dont want to go i have job here i cant leave that, they are forcing me to get married. I like a guy and we are thinking to get married in Arya samaj, we need protection but can't contact police, is there an alternative where i can tell my parents that im married and don't search for me and leave me and don't harras me.

hi if you are illegally restrained by your parents then your friend can file writ of habeas corpus in court to ask to produce you and aeek direction to set free you both as you both are majors and wanted to marry

hi you both can perform marriage and special Marriage Act and both are major so you don't required anybody's permission and it police also in future get interfere in the smart of as you both are major and you have perform this marriage with concern so you need not to fear of anybody after marriage you can Review that you both have you both got married nobody can do anything

in your case you both are major and if you want to get married you can go to registration office your details so that devil issue notice to both of your parents and you can go ahead was the marriage it couple of with your friends witnesses and nobody can stop you from doing it
