Hello sir/ madam, nMeri shadi 20 Feb 2022 ko hui thi.....is bich mere pati ne dowry demand ki, hath bhi uthaya even ek kaan m problem bhi aa gyi mere..muje khub gali galoch k messages kiye, mere parents ko bhi....ab m 1 month pregnant thi Mera abortion kra diya medical store se dawai Lake...ab bolta h muje divorce chahiye......reason bta rha h ki muje maarti pit ti h y...hmne honeymoon p drink ki thi....vo video bna rkhi h....ki daru piti h y..mere sare relatives ko bhej di....vo ongc m job krta h govt....muje kya Krna chahiye..m HD se jyada paresan hu...a muje divorce chahiye...

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship it’s better to go for divorce under cruelty grounds. And if there was violence then you can always file a DV case and claim your monthly maintenance or the lump sum alimony. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

aapko domestic violence or dowry demand ka case kar shakte ho apne husband k against. aap departmental complaint v kr shakte hai. in case maar pit karta hai dubara to aap police complaint jarur kar dena. aapke case mai aapko aage support milega. or aapka case strong hoga. aapko monthly maintenance v mil shakta hai apne husband se.

first go to your Father's house and then file a sec 498A IPC application before magistrate in jurisdiction of district court where your father house is located. then file domestic violence case and also file 125 CrPC case for maintenance case
