Hello sir i have sign the mou with my husband for separation that paper are still not submitted in court but in the mou is mentioned we can marry another person of own choose without submission the papers can we get marry to another person . He already got married now to another girl without divorce so can i suie him but in the mou it mentioned i can't case on him

without getting divorce how can you marry another person of your choice. mou is not valid. so I suggest you to obtain divorce and proceed further your marriage. otherwise you might loose all your rights.
