Hello ir/mam, it's been 5 months now and 4 hearings already done for my case but he dnt apear 3 time

Hello ir/mam, it's been 5 months now and 4 hearings already done for my case but he dnt apear 3 times only one time she send counter....my husband is not willing to give divorce it seems...but he is not taken care me my child from marriage happened ...do i get divorce if he dnt give?? Do i get sole child custody in this case?

hi if your husband is not attending the court then you could request the court to set him the ex parte order for granting the divorce and you could also apply for custody of child if there is threat to you from your husband and also for maintenance
