okay I understand your questions so now your husband want divorce and you want maintainance to child right okay you will file it maintainance case under section 125 cRPc and get maintainance depend up on your husband salary so you have to file it and get back to maintainance if you need any legal help contact me thank you

under contesting divorce you can ask for child maintenance but it will be suggested to go for permanent child custody along with filing of contesting divorce or you have option for filing maitencace case under 125
