having affair with married man coz my husband is not sexually active

this is my second islamic marriage and in this two years me n my husband is not sexually active i want to leave him n marry with my current lover but the problem is he also lie to me tht he separated now his wife threatening me physically n mentally n emotionally tourchering me to leave her husbnd n she wants to continue her marriage but my lover n me wants to live together n wants to give divorce to are current partners how it can be possible ?

You can always file for divorce to your respective partners under the dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939. And if your husband is not sexually active then it’s a major ground for divorce under the act. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If your husband is sexually inactive, this can be taken as a ground for divorce. You can not be compelled to live with a partner who fails to discharge his obligations and duties in a marriage. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
