Harassment by in laws can I file for divorce

I am having mental torture from my husband and inlaws they create big drama from small issues and its regular. I want complete peace of mind. I know if i tried to divorse him giving the reason mental tortures, they will create big fights,dramas,and so much more. And thats the things i dont want to happen. Can i have divorse saying that i personally dont want to live with him because i made so many mistakes in home and i made mistake marring him because we are not compatible

Dear client I cannot get divorce only saying that I donot want to live with him. U have to put yr case before court by staying reasons for divorce. U can also file domestic violence case against husband and in laws and ask protection order against them so they cannot make any dramas further. For any legal help call me

Try for getting divorce by mutual consent. If your husband wants divorce too you can ask for mutual consent divorce after deciding and agreeing to consent terms if any by both the parties. you can contact me personally for issuing notice for Mutual Consent Divorce in case you are not comfortable talking to your husband and in laws.

Yes you may do that but know that it may prejudice your rights when you will calm maintenance (money)

Instead there is a provision to take a divorce with a mutual consent. here neither you not him play a blame game, instead you simply state that since your lives are different, you are opting for a divorce.
