Harassment by in laws and husband what action can I take

Hello sir.my husband harasses me physically and my in law's torture me mentally.my family is also not supporting me.what should I do.
You should immediately file a FIR against your husband and in-laws for being meted out with physical torture. You can also file a criminal complaint case and parallely a divorce case against your husband on grounds of cruelty. You can also take recourse to other legislations like the DV Act where you can claim for interim monetary relief for your day to day expenses.

By the word "Family" do you mean your Parents ???
It would be better if I could know many other things from you. But anyway, if you want to continue in your in-laws family with a hope that things will settle down for a better relation, then try to solve your problem by talks. If it does not work, then, when your husband harasses you physically, try to say NO and show your resentment. Try to protest against any torture or harassment. If things increases, lodge a complaint before the Local Mahila Police Station or call 100 and lodge your complaint.
You can also lodge a case U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. for maintenance or you can also file a case under the Domestic Violence Act. If you want any further discussion, please feel free to consult with me.
