Ans:

Nobody can blame for the girl child, and harassment on that pretext would be an offense. however, in the interest of a good married life, it would be advisable to explore all sorts of settlement, mediation, settlement, or counseling etc.
if all fails, then we may go to court for harassment, when nothing works the ultimate remeady would be sending a notice to correct themselves, even if that did not work, may need to file a divorce petition

Dear Querist,
You can file a Domestic violence case against your husband and seek for possession of the property. You can stay in your husbands house, whether he stays there or not. Parallel, you can also file a maintenance case (if u r not working) against your husband and you can also file maintenance for your child ( irrespective if u r working or not) and file an application for litigation expenses, you should get favourable orders.
