harassment by husband - meeting my Son without my consent

30-Nov-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am hindu mother living alone with my 9 yr old son. I was frustrated with my husband and left him 3 yrs ago to move to Pune. I am financially independent & doing well. I have always told him to stay away from us & I dont want any financial support him. He still keeps visiting and tries to talk to my son. Now he has reached the school and meets my son there. There is no legal matter or police complaint between us yet. I am extremely worried. Can I seek any immediate remedy to stop him?

You cannot stop your husband from meeting your son unless the said meeting is affecting the welfare of the child in any manner. Moreso, if your child's welfare is getting affected then you can move before the Court for the same restraining your husband from meeting the child. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
