Government Employee Job under Fake Case

If a government Employee is in jail let's say for 3 years under some false changes like dowry and Domestic violence, will the employee lose his job because of no show in office or excessive absenteeism?
And what will happen if the employee is acquitted after 3 years will he get his government job back and due salary of that period too? or All the hard work of being an RBI grade B officer will go to dust because I could not secure bail and my who wife doesn't like me and want to extort money

firstly you must give an application to your office for not attending office and secondly in maretial cases punishament is for social obligations and for social obligations punishament no one can fire you if that punishament is of criminal activity then only you can be fired one more thing what is your office service rule that must be seen because watch office having there own service ruls so firstly see that janaral law does not impact on office rule
