Got married in a temple without any proof, can registration be done

I married a guy in temple but i don't have certificate,and now my husband marry another girl in court without knowing me,but now my husband wants to live with me and that girl also agree but she don't give divorce to him but she said she will destroy all the documents and never disturb us so my question is can we register our marriage in court,is it possible..plz help,we both are hindu.
Registration of marriage before the District marriage officer is a valid one.First the registration marriage should be divorced,t hen only u can marry your guy.second marriage without divorce is illegal and it is not a marriage according to law

Can I marry when divorce case is pending in India?
The Hindu Marriage Act, Section 15, prohibits spouses from getting married again while the appeal is pending against the divorce or less than one year has passed since the Family Court issued the divorce decree. Don't even think of it. Never know what will happen next. Its better to take mutual divorce and after completion of re-marry period, you both get married. But without divorce do not think to marry. Think wisely and act legally.
