Got married in a temple without any proof, can registration be done

I married a guy in temple but i don't have certificate,and now my husband marry another girl in court without knowing me,but now my husband wants to live with me and that girl also agree but she don't give divorce to him but she said she will destroy all the documents and never disturb us so my question is can we register our marriage in court,is it possible..plz help,we both are hindu.

Registration of marriage before the District marriage officer is a valid one.First the registration marriage should be divorced,t hen only u can marry your guy.second marriage without divorce is illegal and it is not a marriage according to law

First marriage in a temple if proved is valid marriage , as u say donot he prove then his second marriage is valid as it took place as per law. Secondly nothing will happen if documents destroyed because the proof of marriage is originally at marriage officer's office and can give or reproduce hundred proves at any time. Thirdly if a person remarried again with out a valid divorce to first wife that is offence and 5years jail. Finally if the girl divorce you can marry him. No now Court marriage is not possible without divorce . But their is a way to prove your marriage in the court of law by filing case . If his wife support you then it will end within a short period for better suggestion please contact with me

Don't even think of it. Never know what will happen next. Its better to take mutual divorce and after completion of re-marry period, you both get married. But without divorce do not think to marry. Think wisely and act legally.

Ya you have again register your marriage in court if his wife not disturbance to you.you have to keep from her no objection against this marriage .in future if she create any problem with you then you can come to the court.
