Going abroad for postdoc fellowship

My wife filed for a maintenance and DV case. I didn't receive any summon in DV case and have to file WS on 11th January 2023 in the maintenance case. I have got a postdoc fellowship for one year from Italy. Am I allowed? How can I go as this is once in a lifetime chance for me.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have to file ws then after that there is a mediation process first you have to decide what is your priority your case or your job then you can do better by discussion with your advocate for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

you need to file an application under section 202 of the criminal procedure code to allow your advocate to present on behalf of you in all days of hearing. recently, supreme court has held that pendency of criminal case will not bar the person to travel abroad. moreover, in your case, it is important to travel abroad, so the court will easily accept your application.
