Mujhe aap logon jitna law nahi pata...but itna jaroor poochhna chahti hu..ki wife sasural me rehne k liye sasural me rehne ka right maangti h...but use kai saal tak pending chhod diya jata h taaki ladki settelment k liye ready ho jaye...aur pati bina divorce dusri shadi bina divorce k kar le...aur phir patni se pati k dusri shadi k proof maange jate h..agar aap logon ko proof hi chahiye hota h..to ek vakeel hone k naate,aapka farj banta h ki ladki ko uske sasural me rehne ka right diya jaye..taki pati dusri shadi na kar sake...aur agar pati other marriage kar bhi le to atleast wife proof to kar sake.. please

Mam aap zarur apne husbadn ke ghar mai haq se reh sakti hai aur aapke husband ke khilaaf ek shikayat bhi darj karai ja sakti h kyuki divorce bina shadi ek jurm hai hindu law mai isiliye aapke paas pura right hai apne husbad ke khilaf complaint krne ka.

I understand your frustration. Anyhow, I would like to tell you that, a wife had a right to stay in her matrimonial home. She can take orders immediately from the Court for the same. And as far as second marriage is concerned, if the wife is unable to get the proof of second marriage, in such case the wife can file application intersection 202 Cr.P.C. and can seek direction of Court for police officials for investigation and collection of evidence regarding second marriage. There are multiple remedies in our legal system in order to safeguard the rights of every citizen of our country.
