Girlfriend for 10 years now denies marriage after spending 10 lakhs

My girlfriend and I were in a relationship for 10 years and she promised me and my family for marriage. We funded her needs such as hotel bookings, flight tickets, shopping, living allowance while she was in USA for cabs, food and shopping. The total sum is around 10 lakhs mainly spent over 5 years. Please guide if i can take legal action for cheating, fraud and emotional damage? I am in Ahmadabad and she is in Hyderabad now.

yes you can file both a criminal compkain on tge basis of vreach of tryst and fraud morover you can also file a civil syit for recovery of amount whatever you soent on your girlfriend in tge court in whose hurisdiction your area comes in

yes. you have to take action against her as she is denied marriage with you. you can file a police complaint against her for fraud and cheating. Go to Police station and file a complaint for false promises.
