Girl mentally unstable can I file for divorce,married for 1 month only

married 1.5 months back through online discovered in a week's time girl is mentally disabled to the extent that keeps on lying in the bed for the entire day does not meet anyone did not bath for 3 consecutive days even being a newly wed doesn't change her clothes for 5 days unless was requested again and again smiles all of a sudden doesn't listen anyone can't cook wear some sort of tabeez and when showed to doctor was informed she suffered from psychosis and needed medication under strict vigilance as can harm herself and someone else please suggest
NOT AT ALL YOU CAN NOT TAKE DIVORCE.ONE YEAR MUST BE COMPLETED AFTER THAT YOU CAN FILE DIVORE CASE BEFORE THE FAMILY COURT.MUTUAL CONSENT U/S 13-B WILL BE BEST TO BOTH OF YOU.MENTALLY DISNRDER IS THE BEST GROUND FOR THE U/S 13 OF HINDU MARRIAGE ACT 1955.BUT WHY DO YOU WANT TAKE DIVORCE?YOUR DUTY IS CORRECT HER MENTALLY ILLNESS SO SHE NEEDS PHSYCO THERAPY THAN YOU SHOULD HELP HER ONLY ON THE HUMAN GROUND.
