Girl is not coming for 2nd Motion of Divorce

Hello Team, I have done with the 1st Motion of the divorce around 5 month back, Now Girl is not coming for the 2nd Motion of Divorce, She has already taken all their belonging on the first motion. Please advise how can i get rid of this problem. Can the Girl ask for more money or Can file a complaint in CWC/Court again??

You have multiple avenues to explore at this moment. Firstly you can go for the criminal one by filing a complain against her. Secondly you must have entered into an MOU with her, you can also enforce the MoU along with those there are other options also available to you.

The case is already sub-judice, another case cannot be initiated with respect to the same subject matter. If the Opposite party is not coming for 2nd motion, adverse orders can be passed against them. One the proceeding of the settlement begun, no further money can be asked by them.

If the other party is not attending the court proceedings even after receiving the summons then the mutual divorce will be converted to a contested divorce. And you can always file a petition before the civil court for breach of contract and return the amount you had already given. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
