meri gf jiski Saadi Uske ghr Valo ne 16-17umra me jabardasti Kar Dali thi us baat ko 6-7sal ho chuke h,aur Mera meri gf se koi contact nhi tha lekin thode samay pahile uska contact mere se hua wo mujhe usko le jaane ki baat Kar rahi hai,Uske do bete h, Jo 5aur 1year Ka hai lekin uska kehna hai ki wo is Saadi ko nhi manti uski Saadi jabardasti ki gai hai,aur sex bhi na kahane k bavajud uska pati karta hai,Usko saport Karne wala koi nhi hai uske baap ne bhi Usko dhamki Di hai ki Tu achhi tarah nhi rahi to mujhe Woh marega is liye meri gf issi dar se Saadi bhi ki hai aur 6sal se bina khusi ke ji rahi hai, hum dono ko marriage Karna hai aur aapki Salah chahte hai
Jo tumhari girl friend use pati K satha nahi rahana chahati or uska husband jabajasthi se sex karta hai to tumhari girlfriend Ko police complaint police station me karni padegi or gharwalo K upar bhi karni padegi or minor hote hue bhi Shadi karwai hai to tumhari gf Ko use family K against me bhi case Karna padega to uska divorce miles or use sath aapki shadi ho payegi

She could get divorce within 1 year of after become major which she did not done. Now the only remedy to file divorce petition before district judge on the ground mentioned under sec. 13 & 13 A of Hindu Marriage act if she is hindu.
