Girl demanding more money for divorce settlement case

My younger brothers marriage happened 2 yrs ago, Since mutual understanding between the brides and bridegrooms family is not good. we want divorce and both families are agree for this. Parents of girls had given 5 lakh rupees. Now they are demanding more. We r ready to return 5 lakh. Kindly tell how can we close this matter because we do not want to exaggerate this matter. Thanks
dono paksh aapas mai jab betkar ke faisla nahi le paa rahe ho to ghar ke senior logo tha relative se baat karo. Yadhi jab bhi faisla nahi ho raha ho to court mai divorce ka case darj karo.ladki paksh ke khilaf samman jari karo

However , if both the families along with the husband and wife are convinced to not live together in a matrimonial relationship then it is best to part ways amicably.
