Getting divorce from wife who is trying to flee country


11-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Married to a lady who abused me mentally and physically,had extramarital affair and one day went home with stealing gold not gifted to her, and a lot of expensive things and then file maintenance case against me. It's been three years, I have been suffering everyday with mental health as I have never done anything wrong, we never demanded dowry or anything aa I wanted to have a simple marriage and loving wife. Now she want to flee country, what should I do and I don't want to be with her anymore

If you don't want to be with her anymore, then file divorce petition on the grounds of mentally & physically harassing you and she having an extramarital affair. If she is trying to flee another country, your divorce petition would have no effect on that..

don't worry...as per your case ..you can file a complaint before police as well as file a civil suit . ...if police officer not working properly in your case ...then you can file the case in court..... if you want more legal information ..then contact me
