In 498A cases the FIR is not uploaded on the net. FIR copy can be obtained either from the court when the police officials files the chargesheet. And frankly speaking if you want it before then you need to fetch out some money. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

How do I know if my chargesheet is filed?

You can ask the investigating officer if the charge sheet was filed at the court concerned. Another way to find out is by contacting the section office of Court of Jurisdiction, where the chargesheet is supposed to be filled in by the police.

You need to hire expert advocate from inception till end who will do all needful ..if not from police station your advocate can get it from the order of court. 498a is cognizable offence therefore police have rights to arrest you but nowadays police don’t arrest until they get permission from higher authorities! They rather serve section 41a notice for you to join investigation
Thanks

It will be uploaded in due time. You may seek assistance from a lawyer as well. Would advise you to seek a detailed consultation from a lawyer having expertise and formulate a line of action. No you will not be arrested, however the contents of the FIR needs to be perused legally
