The stridhan article which were given to you are your absolute property. you have unfettered right in it. since there is going to be an agreement then you should insist on returning back the stridhan otherwise we can take legal steps.

It is actually a valid point to get your jewellery back. If you have no claims after divorce then after filing of the divorce petition you can easily sign the MoU and as from the date of filing of the divorce petition you are getting 6 months of time till next date of hearing, in between that time you can seek your ornaments from your in-laws as described in the MoU and in the event of failure to provide you the jewellery by your husband/in-laws, on the last date of hearing you can simply plead the same to the Ld. Court that the terms and conditions of MoU has not been followed upon you and yet you have not received any of your ornaments till date. in the same manner the Ld. Court will restrain from passing the Order and will pass a direction upon the opposite party to provide for the same and after receiving you will get the divorce. no need to worry. Any queries/ further discussion you can contact me at anytime soon
