Can husband approach (ask )court to decrease child maintanance on the basis of -1.school education is freely available in government schools instead of which wife admits child to high fee private schools 2.wife as a government employee has the fecility to avail free medical fecility to the child and for herself as she is an government employee Does court consider or it presumes high fees school and highly charging hospital are to be make available by the husband and to be paid

If the parents lived a lifestyle where private education was the norm before the separation, or if the husband's income comfortably supports it, the court will likely reject the argument that the child should be moved to a government school solely to save costs.
