Fraud in relationship hidden marriage

Can i file a case against man who built relationship with me without letting me know he is married

Well, you can file a Rape Case, if he looted your Dignity by engaging in sex with you after promising, that, he would marry you and as such, relying upon that sole promise, you surrendered your Body to him for Physical Intimacy & Penetration and as such, after getting physical with you, he broke his promise, saying that, he could not marry, considering, he had already been married.
