Fraud husband cheating me, I am a govt servant and have two children

How to get rid of his cheating and domestic violence? Fraud is private physiotherapist, I have 12 year daughter and 8 years old son

You can file a domestic violence case against your husband for physical and mental harassment and you can also get other reliefs like maintenance, right to residence, etc. Depending on the facts and circumstances you will get appropriate remedy.
