Forged document by wife fraud divorce matrimonial issue

Husband filed divorce case then wife entered into husband house forcefully with her relative & taken jewelry. Then wife modified husband salary slip & created some fake whatsApp chat screenshot for filing false 498a FIR. So can I file FIR with IPC 467,468,420 basis on wife used forged salary slip & screen shot for filing 498a FIR?

Yes, you can lodge an FIR against your wife who created false documents under concern section. the process is very simple to lodge the fir. firstly inform the police officer of concern police station,if the police denied the file a complaint to the magistrate to give directions to police to lodge the FIR

No, it is not required to get divorced from your past boyfriend as you never married him in first place, you could get the certificate of Single mother child in the first place then you could proceed for the marriage with your chosen partner.

Sir as your wife entered forcefully into house with her relative and took jewellery . and then she modified your salary slip as you have mentioned and sir you can file an FIR against her . But for sections I would suggest you must take advice from a legal practitioner as it's his / her job . a legal practitioner can guide you properly.
