Foreign Divorce Decree Execution in India

I got a mutual divorce in the United Kingdom, I have a Divorce decree from the family court. My spouse was a British Citizen, Marriage and Divorce both happened in London. I need to file an application under sec. 44A, Order XXI Rule 10 read with sec 151 of CPC. The format of the application for the same is given under Order XXI Rule 11 of CPC. Kindly let me know the process, charges, and time frame.

There are several pre-requisites which are required to be addressed with regard to the execution of the foreign decree in India courts and just to give you some more relevant information, there is also a limitation period of 3years that you have to apply for execution within 3 years from the date of obtaining the decree.
