Forced marriage/ Annulment / Divorce

29-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am being forced to marry a girl and I am already with someone from 4 years. The girl with whom the marriage is about to happen never went to school and will be completely dependent on me. And I can't take that responsibility as I never married her with my consent. My parents are threatening me of suicide and i am helpless. Situation has left me with only option of marrying her without my consent. I wouldn't be able to continue the marriage and hence want to end it as soon as it happens. What are the chances of winning a divorce case? Is forceful marriage an enough ground for divorce or annulment? I have the evidences of me denying and fighting to stop this wedding. Within what time period one can file for annulment?

Don’t spoil someone life just becoz of your patents & your own sake ! The girl who will b coming to your house may have her dreams ! You being so selfish n so are your parents ! You can’t give divorce on such grounds rather it is a case of cheating
