You have the right to file for domestic violence against your husband (and also in laws if they too have mentally tortured you). Subsequently you can also go for filing a divorce petition against your husband in the family court if you no longer wish to continue your existing marriage. For further discussion, you can approach me.

Dear queriest if you don't want to continue this marriage then you can take steps accordingly, by sending legal notice to your husband for getting divorce mutually, and if replies positively then we can go ahead with the same, if not then file divorce under grounds cruelty and more other such, for more information about the same kindly call me.

you can file for a divorce on ground of cruelty. You can either also file an application for restitution of conjugal rights and if it is not at ll possible to stay then you can also file an application for judicial separation in the court

As you have stated that you have been forced into the marriage and you are being mentally tortured. If you have decided to move our of this relationship then there is way out apart from filing for divorce or Domestic violence. Filing of divorce or domestic violence is not the only solution. Contact to know the exact solution as we need to discuss and more information is required to be gathered.

If there is mental torture from your husband you can file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty but you should immediately file a complaint for the same with the police giving satisfactory reason for the delay of 3 months for filing the complaint simultaneously you can file a petition for divorce
