Forced into arranged marriage, now want to move abroad for masters

06-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I'm an Indian and I was forced into an arranged marriage in Jul-24, where both of us were emotionally blackmailed by our family members and relatives to marry within a month of first meeting each other. We are not compatible with each other and have fights every other day during our last 4.5 months of our marriage. Now, I want to move abroad for pursuing masters in Sep next year. What is the legal recourse I can take to get out of this forced marriage and go for higher studies next year?

You can file for for judicial separation on the basis of your present lack of compatibility with your spouse. you can also move out during dependency of the case by making suitable arrangements. if you are presently living in Bangalore we can file in family court.
