Meri patni bahut crualty hai ek saal ho gya hi use maike gai agar ek pakchi degree ho jati hai to kya divorce le skta huam ya nhi ,,question yeah h ki agar talak k time patni kahe mai talak nhi dungi aur mujhe talak lena hai to magistrate kya nyaay karenge mujhe divorce lena hai aur mai maintenec bhi nhi dena Chahta huam kyuki me rentle pr rahta haum mera income private job wali h jo 7000 pr mahine ki haii

Agar aapke paas evidence hai jo aapki wife ko cruel prove karte hain, to aap court me divorce file kar sakte hain, agar notice milne ke baad bhi aapki wife court nahi aati hain to aap apna paksh rakhke ex parte order ke liye Magistrate se request kar sakte hain, and agar aapki baat se Magistrate santusht hai to aapko ex parte order mil sakta hai, hamne kayi cases me ex parte order karaya hai..
