based on the fact status it appears that material concealment and mis representation has been done before the court if your husband obtained and ex-parte divorce without properly serving notice to you,you have legal remedy to challenge the decree by filing an application under order 9 rule 13 of CPC for setting aside the ex-parte decree, if limitation permits. further suppression of of facts regarding children and showing unmarried status in second marriage amounts to fraud and misrepresentation, which can also be challenged. You may also file a complaint before higher authority of court regarding the negligence of staff and against the Advocate before bar council. criminal remedies under BNS related to cheating, froud and bigamy can be exploded, that you immediately consult a fresh advocate with all documents.

Since the divorce was granted ex-parte, you can move the court to set aside that decree if you were not properly heard. You also have the option to challenge his remarriage, as he seems to have hidden important facts about his earlier children. Giving false information in the marriage certificate and before the court is a serious matter and can attract criminal action.

If the divorce was granted ex-parte without proper notice to you, you can file an application under Order IX Rule 13 CPC to set aside the decree or file an appeal if within limitation. Since your husband has suppressed facts about his child and made false declarations in his second marriage, this can be challenged as fraud and misrepresentation. You may also complain to his department since he is a govt servant. Please consult a family court lawyer quickly to act within time.
