for divorce from my wife because i am facing so much problems

how can i get divorce my wife not to ready but i cant endure her i cant live with her so thats why he torcher me & because of her i lost my job & also i face financial issues with slander so she tourcher & Harras me & she make allegations against me so i am so much Fruster'd i filed case before 1 year but Every time the judges get fired or there is a strike.so what can i do?

your wife tortured you so much so you should file divorce petition for getting divorce from your wife if your marriage already main solemnise before 2 years you already filed divorce petition in the family court then try to get in decided within sometime if the family court do not decide the divorce petition you should file partition Hindi high court for exponiting your case

Approach High Court for expedite your case then High Court direct the Family Court to decide that Case within a period of three months and for that file a Writ Petition before High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
