Fixed deposit done in the name of bride counted as dowry

Hi all
Fake 498 FIR done in my name. My father in law smartly done 2-3 lakh rupees worth of Fixed deposit in my wife's name. I didn't asked for it. When case filed we came to know about Fixed deposit. In cross she accepted that Fixed deposit is with her right now. It is in her sole name and nominee is her own mother only. This fixed deposit is no where related to me. I have not even seen it. Apart from this all story is made up, against which we have strong proofs.
Please suggest will this be counted as dowry or stridhan? How can I counter this?

Hi
You need to take bail if there is a FIR or police complaint.
After it, it can be fought upon. as it has no Direct relationship with any cruelty or in knowledge, the same will not be a serious issue.
