First marriage to wife concealed by her parents and in laws

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am married from last 10 years and father of two children. I recently got to know that My wife and her family has concealed her previous marriage which was registered in 2002. Also our Marriage is registered in 2009, at that time also she and her family concealed the truth. I got all the evidence - her previous marriage certificate and also confirmed that she is not divorced legally with her first husband. FIR under 420, 494, 495, 496 also registered in police station. Case for nullity filed in family court. I need your guidance on below points- 1) How much average time takes in court to declare nullity. 2) I want the custody of my both children daughter 6.5 years, son 4 months. As I cannot take risk for them. My wife is not in job. What are the fair chances? 3) If police file charge sheet and mother punished/ arrested, then children will automatically handed over to me?
hello, since there are multiple charges on her it will take 2-4 years to get the final order, but have you filed a case for Nullity of marriage and divorce- Void marriage?? if yes it can take almost 1-2 years if all the evidences are placed and can satisfy the Hon'ble court, children custody can be given to you but entirely depends on the substantial arguments and should be future interest of children.
