Husaband wants divorce in this case because wife husband ke maa ,baap ke sath nahi rehna chahti wo bass husband ko pareshan karna chahti hai

Well, if Husband wants Divorce, then, he can easily get, if the Wife also needs Divorce from Husband. If the Wife does not want to live with the Parents of the Husband, forcing him to leave his aged parents, then, the Hunband can seek Unilateral Divorce from Wife.
