Dear Sir, Before filing an FIR, gather strong medical proof, past treatment records, and any communication showing suppression of facts. You may also file for annulment of marriage under Section 12(1)(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of fraud or unsound mind. FIRs in such cases are often scrutinized carefully, so ensure you have credible evidence before approaching the police. Consulting a lawyer to draft a detailed complaint will strengthen your case.

You can file for cancellation of your marriage if you have proof of her mental illness - which should be incurable. You can also get some proof of other matters conserning her past. you can file for damages agains her parents for hiding material facts. FIR is not possible..
